Getting Started

Do I need a referral to be seen?

No. You can schedule directly with our office. If you are being treated for a personal injury or working with an attorney, we can coordinate with them as well.

How do I book my first appointment?

Call us at (305) 306-2062 or send a message through our contact page, and a team member will help you find a time. New patients are seen by appointment.

Where are you located?

We are in Coral Gables at 2701 Ponce De Leon Blvd, Suite 302, Coral Gables, FL 33134. We serve the greater Miami area.

What are your hours?

We see patients Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday by appointment, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. All visits are by appointment, so call (305) 306-2062 to schedule a time that works for you.

Your First Visit

What happens during my first visit?

Your first visit begins with a conversation about your goals and a movement and postural assessment so that any treatment is targeted to you rather than generic. Dr. Rodis will explain what he finds and discuss a care plan built around your needs.

What should I bring?

Bring a photo ID and comfortable clothing you can move in. For a personal injury case, also bring your auto insurance information, any accident or police report you have, and your attorney's contact information if you are represented.

How long does an appointment take?

A first visit typically runs longer than follow-ups because it includes the initial assessment. The office can give you an estimate for your specific appointment when you schedule.

Will I be treated on my first visit?

Often yes, depending on what the assessment shows and what is appropriate for your situation. Dr. Rodis will discuss this with you before proceeding.

Treatments & Care

What conditions do you commonly help with?

Patients come to us for neck and back stiffness, tension headaches related to neck mechanics, postural strain, sports and training-related complaints, and recovery after auto or personal injuries. Care is customized after an assessment. During your visit, Dr. Rodis will discuss whether the practice is a good fit for your specific situation.

Are chiropractic adjustments safe?

For most people, chiropractic adjustment is a well-tolerated approach to musculoskeletal care. Dr. Rodis assesses each patient first and adapts technique and force to your presentation and comfort. He will also tell you if he believes another provider or referral is more appropriate for your situation.

What treatment methods do you offer?

Services include chiropractic adjustments, shockwave therapy, dynamic cupping, cryotherapy, functional dry needling, and Normatec compression recovery. The right combination is selected based on your assessment. You can read more on our Services pages.

How many visits will I need?

It depends entirely on your situation and goals. After your evaluation, Dr. Rodis presents a personalized plan with an honest estimate rather than a fixed package applied to everyone.

Insurance & Billing

Do you accept insurance?

We are a self-pay practice with clear, upfront pricing, and we accept all major credit cards, FSA, and HSA. We do not bill health insurance plans directly. Personal injury cases are different: we work with applicable auto insurance coverage and Letters of Protection. If you have questions about your situation, call the office and we will walk you through it.

What does a new patient visit cost?

Pricing for new patient evaluations and recovery packages is listed on our Pricing page. If you have questions about your specific case, the office is happy to walk you through it.

Do you work with attorneys on personal injury cases?

Yes. We treat personal injury cases and can work on a Letter of Protection (LOP), coordinating directly with your attorney and providing thorough documentation for legal and insurance purposes.

Auto & Personal Injury

I was in a car accident. How soon should I be seen?

As soon as you can. Prompt evaluation documents your injuries while they are clearly connected to the accident and gets you on a recovery plan before problems become chronic. Waiting can also give an insurer more room to question whether your injuries came from the crash. See our Personal Injury page for more.

Does Florida's 14-day rule still apply after an accident?

Yes. Florida's no-fault PIP system and its 14-day treatment deadline are still the law, so seeking care within 14 days of your accident remains critical to preserving your PIP benefits. Lawmakers have repeatedly proposed repealing PIP in recent sessions, but as of today no repeal has passed. This is general information, not legal advice; confirm your coverage with your insurer or attorney, since rules can change.

Can you provide documentation for my injury claim?

Yes. We provide thorough clinical documentation suitable for legal and insurance purposes and coordinate with your attorney throughout your care.
